Damages and Issues

We understand that accidents can happen during shipping, and we want to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. Therefore, we kindly ask you to inspect your package upon arrival and report any damages or issues within 3 business days.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you happen to receive the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. However, please note that if a product becomes damaged after use, we cannot be held responsible.
